ARCs are formal proposals for standards and protocol changes in the Aleo ecosystem. They follow a review process managed through the ProvableHQ ARCs repository.

Notable ARCs include token standards, program registry conventions, and networking protocol changes. When building on Aleo, check the ARCs repo for established patterns before designing new program interfaces - there may already be a standard for what you need.
